When you join Brightline, you’ll start by answering a few questions about your child’s needs and goals. These questions will help inform the conversation with your therapist during your first live video session. Common challenges addressed in sessions include: anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, sleep, tough transitions, low self-esteem, starting school, navigating identities, speech, and meeting milestones or goals. You’ll also get access to Brightline’s library of resources.

Brightline partners with health plans in CT, MA, NJ, NY, and WA. If you think Brightline may be covered for you, contact your insurance company or send a message to Member Support so they can help verify your coverage. If Brightline isn't covered by your insurance, your family can still access all that Brightline has to offer. Our Member Support team can provide you with information to submit to your insurance, HSA, or FSA. If you live in California, we provide BrightLife Kids, which is sponsored by CalHOPE. BrightLife Kids includes coaching, language interpretation, and guidance finding local resources. This is provided at no cost – and no insurance needed.
